I cut off the original labbit head and extended it four or so inches out to make a neck and much larger head. The back/shoulders were heavily built up. The labbit ears were turned into the horns and the labbit front legs were extended an inch to help make the back slope even more pronounced and give the whole figure a more aggressive stance. Check it out at SDCC and tell me what you think-or better yet-buy it while you're there:)
